On December 8, 2015 over 250 Hearthstone members and guests enjoyed a complimentary evening of celebration in honor of the holidays. Amidst a holiday glow, Hearthstone held its annual party at Scossa restaurant and lounge in Easton (www.scossarestaurant.com).
With Scossa closed to the public for the evening, our members enjoyed an array of fresh Italian delicacies (some healthy and some not-so-healthy), fine wines and live music from the group, Part Harmony, out of Baltimore. Members and guests danced the night away to the music from this terrific a capella ensemble. As always, Hearthstone had a few surprises in store for their members including some one-time special rates on personal training.
With ample thanks extended to the Belmond Group at the Inn at Perry Cabin, members were also rewarded with special discounts on food, beverages, spa services and rooms at Perry Cabin. These are good for all members in 2016.
Each year, Hearthstone furthers its mission of community support by raising money at the holiday event. This year, we were able to raise just over $5,000 for Mariah’s Mission Fund of the Mid-Shore Community Foundation. This critically needed organization raises local awareness about substance abuse issues through education and community outreach.
