Get Fit (Cardio/weights)

Bootcamp inspired, a fun full-body workout that provides cardio, strength, and core work through circuits and intervals with an ever-changing format to keep your body guessing!

Lunch Box

Take a break from work and keep your day going with this H.I.I.T. style class incorporating everything from cardio to weights.


A full body boot camp style training class.  Exercises are designed to train, develop, and use various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time utilizing a blend of kickboxing, weight training, and medicine ball work.


A 45 minute low-impact high energy cardiovascular class performed on a spinning bike.

Power Pump

A high energy class, designed around the barbell to provide a total body workout through the use of a multitude of techniques and movements.


A thirty (30) minute class focusing on stretching. 

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai chi is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.
